Time and again, people enter the track bed of the Berlin Underground – out of carelessness, recklessness or to retrieve dropped items. What many underestimate: the track bed is an extremely dangerous area. The live conductor rail running there is always under high voltage and can be fatal even with the slightest touch. Therefore, a clear rule applies: the track bed must never be entered.
